User Agreement
Last updated: October 12, 2026
The Facebook-automation part below is the same agreement shown inside the Briefico Poster extension and the Briefico web app the first time you use them — this page just lets you read it any time, including after you've already accepted it. The Subscription and payments section covers paying for Briefico; you agree to it when you pay.
Briefico is the registered trade name of מולוצ'ניקוב גוזל, a sole trader (exempt dealer, עוסק פטור) registered with the Israel Tax Authority and based in Yokneam Illit, Israel. You can reach us at guzel@briefico.com.This agreement covers Briefico's Facebook-group automation and its subscription. The Briefico CRM (crm.briefico.com) has its own terms of service.
What the Briefico Poster extension does on Facebook — it automates posting to Facebook groups you're already a member of:
- Detects which Facebook account you're logged into, to match you to the right Briefico publisher profile.
- Fills in the post text and any images or video from Briefico into that group's post composer, then clicks Post.
- Briefly checks the group afterward to confirm your post went through.
It never reads or stores your Facebook password, and never joins any groups automatically.
You're responsible for your own Facebook account and for following the rules of any platform you connect through Briefico. Briefico never signs in to Facebook on your behalf, and never collects, sees, or stores your Facebook password. Beyond that, Briefico is not responsible for how Facebook or any other connected platform responds to your account's activity.
Subscription and payments
Briefico is a paid service, billed to the organization. Each brand in the organization has its own plan, and all brands are charged together, to the organization's card. Only the organization's admins see and manage billing, in Settings › Billing in the Briefico web app.
- Free trial. A new organization gets a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start it, and we email you before it ends.
- Plans.A brand's plan is Monitoring, Autoposting, or both, paid monthly or yearly. When a brand has both, the second one costs half its price. You choose the plan when you create the brand, and you can change it at any time in the brand's menu (⋯ › Plan).
- Facebook groups.Monitoring includes 2 Facebook groups it watches for its brand. Autoposting covers 100 of the groups on your organization's FB Groups page for each brand that has it, added up for the organization (two such brands cover 200). You can have more; nothing stops. Each extra group is added to the next monthly charge at the price shown in the app (today ₪10 a month for each extra watched group, and ₪1 a month for each extra group on the FB Groups page). Groups are counted as the most there were at one time during each billing month. Without an Autoposting brand, the groups on the FB Groups page aren't charged.
- Price. Prices are shown when you create a brand or change its plan, and in Settings › Billing. Prices are in Israeli shekels and are final: as an exempt dealer (עוסק פטור), Briefico does not add VAT.
- Monthly charge. When you pay, you agree that your card is charged now and then automatically every month on the same day, until you cancel, for the total shown in Settings › Billing. The total changes when you add or remove brands, services or Facebook groups, and when a yearly plan renews. You give this agreement by ticking the box next to the Pay button; we never charge your card without it.
- Adding and removing. A brand or service you add starts at once. It is charged with your next payment, for the whole billing month it was added in, even if you remove it or delete the brand before that payment. Removing a service or deleting a brand stops its charges from the next billing month. A month or a year already paid is not refunded.
- Yearly plans.A yearly plan is paid 12 months ahead, on the organization's billing day, and renews every year until you switch the brand to monthly or delete it. Its extra groups are charged monthly, as on a monthly plan.
- Your card. You enter your card in the secure card fields of our payment provider, Allpay (allpay.co.il), shown on the Billing page. The card is stored by Allpay and its card processor, not by Briefico: we only see its brand and last four digits. You can replace the card at any time.
- Receipts. After every payment we email a receipt to the billing email you give, and it stays in your payment history in Settings › Billing.
- If a payment fails. We try the card again 1, 2, 4 and 6 days after the due date and let you know by email and with a banner in the app. If the payment is still not made 7 days after the due date, the account is suspended: the app opens only Settings and Billing, scheduled posts stop and monitoring pauses. Nothing is deleted, and paying restores everything right away.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Settings › Billing. What you have paid for (a month, a yearly plan, or your trial) runs to its end, and no further charges are made; until then you can change your mind and keep the subscription. Nothing already paid is refunded. If you cancel while a payment is overdue, the subscription ends at once and the overdue amount is dropped.
- Price changes. If we change the price, we will email the organization's billing email at least 30 days before the new price applies. It applies from your next monthly charge after that, and you can cancel before it does.
- Your rights. Briefico is meant for businesses. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Israeli law, including the Consumer Protection Law where it applies to you.
